1923-1925 Lycoming CE Engine

1923-25 Gardner/Lycoming CE 4-cylinder motor. It is sitting on the front subframe ot the
car yet. Motor does not seem to turn over. It looks like the driver's side of the block has
about a 15" crack on it that was welded up directly under the head. They would have been
driving it that way. Has coil, fan, carburetor, flywheel and more, no starter.
