The Great St. Louis Car Meet of 2016

A gathering of Moon/Gardner/Dorris and pre-1931 St. Louis automobiles.

The Moon Car Club will host a Moon/Gardner/Dorris meet June 9-12, 2016.
This is a one time event and may be your best chance to meet other Gardner Club members.
We will have Gardner cars on display, hopefully you can bring one but if unable to bring a car,
plan to attend if at all possible.

A ONE TIME EVENT!

Details and Registration Form - pdf

1) If you are planning to attend the meet and need a hotel room, CALL NOW to book a room at our host hotel, the Holiday Inn-Route 66.

We have reserved a limited number of rooms and they can only offer the great rate we have secured as long as they have rooms.

2) Our room rate at the host hotel is good for 3 days before and 3 days after the meet, so come early and stay late to visit St. Louis’ other great attractions.

3) Get your Gardner or any pre-1931 St. Louis car ready to bring to the meet.  Drive-able cars are always best but if it rolls.....BRING IT for the display at the

Museum of Transportation show on Sunday. This is one of two events at the meet that will be open to the public and we hope for a big turnout.

4) Look at page 4 of the informational flyer for a list of automobiles that were made in St. Louis and if you know of an owner of one or more of these cars,

forward this flyer to them and ask them to attend or give us their contact information and we will reach out to them.

5) We will have an automobilia display; so feel free to bring pictures and display items.  In addition bring any spare parts that need a good home.

Please reply to this email if you plan to attend and I'll bring an updated Owners' Registry along with selected Gardner club printouts.

We hope you will consider coming to this meet even if you haven't been to any of the previous Moon meets. It's a once-in-a-lifetime event and I think you will have a very enjoyable time.

A special thanks to Jeff Buckley and the members of the Moon Club for setting up this very special event.
