Lycoming used a 1927 1st series model for this ad.

This is likely the first ad for the new 1927 2nd Series models.  Available as of December 1st a month early because of the many improvements.
Gardner chose to mark the occasion with a four-page ad.

Lycoming often used Gardner in their ads. 

 Velmo choose the Imperial Sedan for their ad.

Not an ad but part of a flyer for the new style.

The trade mark hood louvers came out with this series along with the double drop frame.

 The above image of a speeding car was used in an article about cars being too fast and powerful.
